The Duwane “Sonny” Walker American Legion Post 395 of Kingston announced a reminder they are collecting Non-Serviceable American Flags.

These American Flags and or POW -MIA, Branch service flags, State Flags may be placed in the drop off box at the Kingston Village Hall next to the Kingston Fire Department.

You are also cordially invited to attend the annual Flag Retirement / Flag service of these Non- Serviceable flags on or about June 14th  Flag day. Time and date to be announced.

Reminder;  Flag etiquette;  The American Flag should always be the largest flag flown on any flag pole in the top position.  

Any flag flown under the American Flag should be smaller in dimension.

Such as State Flag, POW MIA or Branch service Flag  all should be smaller.
