I have spoken to the new Area Manager for Waste Management and he has provided a new number to use for reporting issues with service.  The number to use is 1-866-221-3323. I did convey our concerns around inconsistent pickup last week so he was aware of what is going on in the Village.  Please make sure your waste cans are at the curb first thing in the morning on pickup day as actual times for pickup could be inconsistent due to external factors. (Weather, equipment, staff shortages, etc,)
